1976

Danny was born in Columbus, Kansas on September 29, 1976, at about 7:30 in the morning. We really wanted a Son, and were so pleased and delighted that God granted our wish for a Son. He weighed 8 pounds and was 20" long. He had dark hair and I noticed right away that he had my (his Mom) eyebrows. When Danny was born Dad's weren't allowed in the delivery room. I remember getting up off of the delivery bed, and carrying Danny out in my arms. His Dad said, I knew he was a boy, because the smile on your (His Mom) face was almost to big for your face. We were so very, very happy.
